According to the article, Andrews Air Force base flew "atleast 13 congressional delegations to various destinations during the Easter recess - at an estimated rate of $10,000 or more per flying hour."

I'm sure that they had a legitimate reason to burn all of that money, not to mention the thousands of gallons of fuel that jets burn. They were probably had to make a meeting to discuss global warming or something like that.
